I ordered this product a month ago and it never did work.so I ordered another one and that one didnt work.it is my advice that you never should purchase this product.
They work well for listening to music I havent tried to use them for a phone call but for my purposes they work well.
i have a palm centro and the jack fit perfect :-) but id give it a 4 out of 5 becauase the ear buds hurt a little i wish they had the same comfort as ipod head phones :-( but overall i's worth the money better than paying 50+ bucks from AT&T (love you guys but your prices are crazy at times) which is a very smart thing because i've damaged alot of headsets due to them falling out and on the floor or getting stepped on. ill admit when i first got it 5 mins ago lol and saw that one cord was longer than the other i was like wtf. but i figured since it was so cheap it must just be irregular but i read another post and actually found out that the longer cord goes around the back of your neck to prevent the headset from falling on the floor when you take them out, and instead they just hang from your neck.
The right side has a little buzz sound now when listening to music at a certain level but that could have been my own fault. Its not the most amazing headphones I've ever bought but for the price I paid for Im happy with how they work. In all, if your looking for some amazing sound and what not, keep looking, but If you just want something that works and will keep you happy enough to get by for a great price, look no further. Also I use it on my Palm Centro which tends to get stuck thinking its still plugged in but is simply fixed but poking a tooth-pick inside which can sometimes be a hassle if you dont have one handy. I love how I can go from listening to music to a phone call and vice versa. I've had them for about a month or so now and they still work pretty good.
I had other headphones prior to this & they had a volume control right on the headphone cables. Speakers sometimes will sound very loud even when you have your phone volume on the lowest setting. However if what you want is a practical cheap pair of headphones this is it. These headphones are a fantastic bargain and work well. The only downside I have experienced is that there is no volume control.
